Pediatric Physical Therapist - Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

About the Role
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized one-on-one pediatric physical therapy in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and ABA specialists.
- Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to ensure continuity of care at home.
- Participate in mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Passion for working with pediatric patients (birth to age 21).

Pay
Actual salaries depend on experience, specialty, education, and organizational need. The listed range does not include bonuses, incentives, or other forms of compensation.
