Pediatric Physical Therapist - Early Intervention

About the Role

As an Early Intervention clinician, you will work directly with children from birth to age three, providing individualized one-on-one attention and customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are coached through plans of care based on daily routines. Services are delivered in the child’s natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community. You will collaborate with other childcare professionals to carry over goals while following an individualized Family Service Plan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy services to children from birth to age three in their natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care tailored to each child’s needs.
• Coach parents and caregivers on integrating therapeutic activities into daily routines.
• Collaborate with other childcare professionals to support goal achievement under an individualized Family Service Plan.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teamwork and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state (Pennsylvania).
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
