About the role
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Teammates are dedicated to individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Ivy’s work environment supports multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship while maintaining autonomy and growth tailored to each clinician’s passions and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans
- Encourage caregiver participation to reinforce skills and exercises at home
- Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities
- Contribute to a culture of authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within Pennsylvania
