Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric ophthalmology care
• Diagnose and manage pediatric ocular conditions
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and experienced support staff
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care within a well-established regional practice

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with completion of Ophthalmology residency
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology required
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality care

Pay

• Competitive base salary starting at $300,000+
