About the role

As a PT Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, processing deposits, and assisting customers with their banking needs. You will also be expected to adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in counting and recording transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Avoid errors and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with their banking needs, including opening accounts, transferring funds, and answering inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle cash and manage customer relationships.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
