About the role

We are currently offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for a teammate that can start before 6/29/2026!

Responsibilities

  • Establish occupational therapy treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessment tools.
  • Provide play-based and goal-driven interventions to promote sensory processing, regulation, and skill development in daily occupation.
  • Deliver individual therapy, group sessions, and co-treatments with other disciplines as clinically appropriate.
  • Facilitate functional, engaging experiences to support individualized goals.
  • Devise strategies and supports to enhance participation in activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with children and families to align care with their values, interests, and goals.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create integrative, collaborative treatment play. Implement programming that considers the whole child, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social domains. Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Educate families, caregivers, and team members on home programs that support progress outside of sessions.
  • Drive Clinical Excellence: Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and company policies. Engage in cross-discipline consultations with physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, physical therapists, music therapists, and ABA professionals to create the best outcomes for children. Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program, positioning yourself for leadership and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Master or Doctorate's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active OT licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
  • Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
  • Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current research in occupational therapy.

Pay

$82,222.22 to $102,777.78 annually.
