About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients (birth to age 21).
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to support home-based skill development.
  • Participate in mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Pay
