About the Role
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients by providing individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized one-on-one occupational therapy to pediatric patients (birth to age 21).
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship while maintaining clinical autonomy.
- Deliver best-in-class care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
