Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – $500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Pediatric Occupational Therapist working with children birth‑5 years old. Position located at one of our State‑of‑the‑Art Sensory Gyms in White Plains, NY (Harrison, NY also available) or preschools across Westchester County. Offered as Fee‑for‑Service and/or Full‑Time with a flexible schedule of 1‑5 days per week (minimum 10 hours weekly to qualify for the sign‑on bonus).

$500 sign‑on bonus after 90 days of employment with active cases. Compensation: Fee‑for‑Service $68‑$70 per hour; Full‑Time salary also available.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
