Uniti Med is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 15-week assignment in Santa Clara, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient functional abilities and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
• Valid California license or willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Passing scores on the NBCOT certification exam.

Pay
