About the role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Deliver individualized, one-on-one care to children from birth to age twenty-one.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create and implement customized treatment plans.
  • Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to ensure continuity of care at home.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and focus more on patient care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Virginia.

Pay

$23.00 - $34.00 per hour (full-time). The compensation range reflects the good faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range applies to the base salary or hourly rate only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation.
