Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality assessment and management of patients in a six-bed PICU, with an average daily census of 3–4 children
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of pediatric intensivists and multidisciplinary staff
- Participate in policy, protocol, and program development to support unit growth and excellence
- Work flexible shifts ranging from 15 to 24 hours
- Deliver compassionate, family-centered care that reflects the Sinai Hospital mission
Qualifications
- Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification (required)
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-management skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
- Desire to contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and forward-moving PICU team
