Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Have a current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Have reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for a Compact license transfer to your state of residence within 90 days
