Responsibilities
- Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
- Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by providers
- Log daily clinical notes within the EMR System (Kantime)
- Schedule shifts: Days / Evenings, Full-Time/Part-time
Requirements
- Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within the State of Utah
- Active BLS certification
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred (including tracheostomy / ventilator)
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation for commuting to patient locations
