Pediatric Nurse in Home
About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home care services for a pediatric client in Sandy, UT.
Responsibilities
- Provide thoughtful care to clients based on individualized Plan of Care
- Conduct in-home assessments
- Maintain and track changes in clients’ conditions and needs
- Proactively update clients’ families regarding care plans, health changes, and concerns
Requirements
- Minimum Of 1 Year Pediatric Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 year in home care required
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
- CPR and ACLS Certification
- Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications

- Supporting verbal and developmental skills
- General early childhood care
- Vent and trach care

Available Shifts 2-3 nights per week. Monday: 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM
