Job Duties

• Assist with growing the pediatric neurology division
• Primary responsibilities include outpatient clinics and shared inpatient rotations with call
• Trainee education and clinical research
• Support from the Voelcker Clinical Research Center

Requirements

• Qualified applicants must have an MD, DO or MD/PhD degree
• Be BE/BC in Pediatric Neurology
• Have or will obtain a Texas medical license

Department Summary

The Department of Pediatrics seeks an outstanding pediatric neurology physician to join our easy-going team at CHRISTUS Children's Hospital in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have excellent organizational and leadership qualities. Who will participate in educational & research programs and help represent the division in the community and nationally. We have established a multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment program for children with epilepsy, multidisciplinary autism program, and international neuromuscular program. We are especially looking for special interests in headache, cerebral palsy, and stroke, but open to any good candidate with any interest.
