Pediatric Neurology Physician

About the role

The Section of Pediatric Neurology at Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) and The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth seeks board certified or eligible Pediatric Neurologists to join its faculty based in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in inpatient coverage at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) using telehealth technology.
• Maintain long-term professional relationships with patients and their families.
• Teach pediatric residents, neurology residents, and medical students.

Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO).
• Postgraduate training in residency program.
• Current New Hampshire Medical License.
• Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years).
• Active hospital staff membership.

Qualifications

Eligibility for academic appointment at The Geisel School of Medicine is required, at a rank commensurate with experience and academic portfolio.

Skills

Excellent general clinical pediatric neurology skills and interpersonal skills in maintaining long-term professional relationships with patients and their families.
