Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
- Respiratory support — Nebulizer, cough assist, chest vest therapy
- Clinical monitoring — Observe, document, and communicate changes in condition
- Promote comfort, stability, and daily routines with the client's family
- Maintain infection control and proper equipment use
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
Pay Rate
LPN: $40/hr
Available Shifts
Priority Weekend Case: Saturday & Sunday, 8am–8pm (Teaneck, NJ)
Additional day, evening, and overnight shifts available across nearby pediatric cases
