Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes
• Deliver exceptional care to patients with ventilator and tracheostomy needs
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
• Enjoy flexible scheduling options including day, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts
• Work 12-hour shifts
• Participate in a supportive team environment with dedicated clinical and administrative support

Requirements

• Active New York Registered Nurse LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year), or chest X-ray if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)
