Pediatric LPN

About the role

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 12-year-old female client in Ridgefield, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing with seizure management
• Work Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Handle current opening client needs

Requirements

• Pediatric seizure management experience required
• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• One year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
• Previous pediatric seizure management experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Current physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of pediatric nursing experience
