Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Monitor patient progress and document care
- Develop individualized care plans
- Offer education and emotional support to families
- Maintain a safe, nurturing atmosphere for children
Requirements
- Active PA LPN license
- CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Clear criminal background check
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills
