Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the Role

Seeking dedicated LPNs to provide one-on-one pediatric home care, focusing on delivering consistent, personalized nursing support in the child's home environment. You will collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to meet skilled nursing needs, building meaningful patient relationships. The role offers stability, support, and opportunities for professional growth through training, CEU credits, and a preceptor program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care with clear plans of care overseen by RNs
• Support patients with G-tube, trach, vent needs, or training for such procedures
• Utilize the Employee Portal for scheduling and communication
• Adhere to CDC safety guidelines and PPE protocols

Requirements

• Active Colorado LPN license
• Current BLS CPR certification (in-person)
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent management
• TB screening (Skin or Blood Test)
