Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join Affirmed Home Care – Connecticut's Premier Concierge Home Care Agency. We are seeking experienced Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home.

Responsibilities

• Care for medically complex pediatric clients
• Deliver high-quality individualized care in a home setting
• Focus entirely on your patient, making a lasting impact on a child's life
• Shifts are typically 8–12 hours, with flexible day and night shift scheduling options

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Pediatric, home care, PICU, NICU, or medically complex patient experience strongly preferred
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing skilled nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
