Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Care Options for Kids provides pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer one-on-one care in the home setting. This role emphasizes focused, consistent care with close collaboration between LPNs, RNs, and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Work closely with a registered nurse to develop and implement care plans
• Support patients with a variety of skilled nursing needs
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure quality care delivery

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License valid within three years
• Physical examination from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card obtained in person
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent procedures, or willingness to train

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
