Pediatric ICU Nurse Resident

Role: Pediatric/PICU Nurse Resident Responsibilities: Provide family-centered care to infants and children in a high-acuity setting, support critical interventions, and participate in evidence-based practice. Under the guidance of preceptors, complete structured classroom learning, simulations, and supervised clinical rotations to develop skills in assessment, medication administration, ventilator and infusion management, and emergency response.
