About the Role
Provides family-centered, evidence-based care to pediatric and adolescent patients requiring medical and intensive care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care
- Collaborate with care team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate and support families throughout hospitalization and discharge
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; BSN preferred
- Minimum 1 year of PICU experience
- Current Maryland RN license
- Required certifications: BLS, PALS (within 6 months), Oncology (within 1 year)
