Pediatric Home Health RN or LPN, North St. Louis County (Florissant & St. Charles)
About the role
At Pediatric Home Service, RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. As a Home Health Nurse / Private Duty Nurse, you’ll care for one child at a time — developing real connection, seeing progress firsthand, and becoming part of something bigger. We offer specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care—so no experience is required to get started. We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed RN or LPN.
Pay
Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights + Shift Differentials of $2 per hour for night shifts and $2 per hour for weekend shifts.
Schedule
Position 1 (Florissant, MO): Occasional evening shifts throughout the week and occasional day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Position 2 (St. Charles, MO): Friday or Saturday overnight shifts, with flexible timing.
