Pediatric Home Health RN or LPN near St. Louis and Surrounding Areas

About the role

Location: St. Louis, MO and Surrounding Areas. Hours: Full Time and Part Time, Days, Nights, Evenings and Weekends. Client specifics: Kids ages 1‑21 years old with trachs, vents, and g‑tubes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to children with medical complexities.
• Care for one child at a time, building real connections and observing progress firsthand.
• Deliver specialized care including ventilator, tracheostomy, and g‑tube management.
• Participate in a supportive team with 24/7 backup and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Willingness to learn and a compassionate, heart‑driven approach.
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care is provided.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in good standing.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, evenings, weekends).
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with children and families.

Pay

Up to a $4,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time night shifts, plus shift differentials of $2 per hour for nights and $2 per hour for weekends.
