About the role

Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and complete assessments
• Educate and support families
• Follow individualized plan of care

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
• Strong training provided – grow your skills with us!

Pay

Weekly pay; pay range $30+ per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions available; 8–16 hour shifts. Flexible scheduling – days, nights, weekends; build a schedule that works for you.
