Career Details

As a Medical Director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff. You will serve as a leader both within the Emergency Department and across the organization. Through our model of shared ownership, you will have the opportunity to influence broad company decisions and help facilitate the development of new leaders.

Compensation

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $185/hour to $190/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Additional leadership stipend included.
