Pediatric CT Technologist

About the Role

The CT Technologist performs high-quality cross-sectional imaging using advanced CT technology, including networked units and photon counting CT. They assist in diagnosing and monitoring medical conditions by providing accurate imaging services, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Perform imaging for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics
• Maintain image quality standards and follow protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support diagnosis and treatment
• Deliver compassionate patient care and ensure safety during procedures

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARRT (R) registration; CT registration required within 1 year
• South Carolina Radiation Licensure
• 0-2 years of modality-specific experience, including at least 1 year of X-ray work
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
