We are seeking a Pediatric Clinical Supervisor (RN) to lead and support nursing staff in a bright, cheerful pediatric extended care center focused on children with complex medical needs. This role emphasizes a safe and nurturing environment while overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff
• Oversee daily operations of the pediatric extended care center
• Develop and update care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and families
• Engage with children through activities
• Ensure quality pediatric care
• Assign staff and review documentation
• Support clinical interventions
• Coordinate care and evaluate nursing effectiveness

Requirements

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• At least two years of pediatric nursing experience (preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Management experience is a plus
