Pediatric Clinical Supervisor (RN) - Full Time

Full-time leadership role in a Pediatric Extended Care Center, overseeing care for children up to age eight with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs
• Support and mentor nursing staff
• Engage with children and families to ensure high-quality care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure quality assurance through documentation review
• Provide direct patient care when necessary
• Collaborate with physicians to improve health outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• At least two years of pediatric nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Management experience preferred
