Pediatric Center Administrator RN

About the role

The Kidz Club is a specialized, medically supervised day program for children with complex medical needs. We exist so these kids can receive expert care in a nurturing, vibrant environment while their families maintain their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operational leadership of our site - from staffing and compliance to culture and family experience
• Work closely with the Site Director of Nursing to ensure clinical quality, patient care, and nursing oversight
• Operate at the intersection of healthcare and people leadership with a determination to shape how our site runs
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and inspire them to achieve excellence
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and workflow
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external partners to enhance the overall experience
• Manage budgets and schedules to meet operational goals
• Oversee transportation and center performance

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5+ years of administrative or healthcare management experience
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
• Strong operational instincts - budgets, scheduling, compliance, and workflow
• Genuine passion for pediatric care and serving medically complex children
• Exceptional communicator with families, staff, and external partners
• Good computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems
• Current CPR (Basic Life Support)
• A current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) is required

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of pediatric care and complex medical needs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
