Pediatric Cardiology Nocturnist (NP)

Role Overview: This position is for a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specializing in neonatal care within a Level IV NICU. The APP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced neonatal care, manage complex newborn conditions, and participate in a research-driven, evidence-based environment. Key Responsibilities Provide specialized neonatal care in a high-acuity, state-of-the-art NICU setting.Collaborate with neonatal physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Engage in ongoing education through lectures, journal clubs, simulation labs, and professional development activities.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices to enhance care delivery.Work flexible shifts, including 12-hour or 24-hour options, with opportunities for extra shifts for additional compensation. Qualifications & Skills Licensed or certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with pediatric or neonatal specialization.Experience or strong interest in neonatal intensive care and complex newborn management.Excellent teamwork, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on innovation and research.
