for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: Summary (could be About the role). Responsibilities (list). Competencies (maybe Skills). Education And Certification Requirements (maybe Requirements/Qualifications). Additional Job Information (complexity, required work experience, other info) could be Requirements or Qualifications. Working Conditions And Physical Requirements (maybe Schedule? Not exactly; but we could treat as Requirements? There's no specific Benefits, Pay, Schedule info. So we should not create those sections.
Thus we will have sections: About the role (summary + location/culture?), Responsibilities, Skills (competencies), Requirements (education/certification + experience + other info), Working Conditions (maybe as a section? Not in list but we could put under Requirements? But we have no heading for working conditions; maybe we can include as a section titled "Working Conditions" but not in allowed list? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples, but we should prefer those headings. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those headings. Working conditions could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We'll include under Requirements.
Thus sections: About the role (summary + location/culture), Responsibilities, Skills (competencies), Requirements (education/certification, experience, other info, working conditions). Possibly also Qualifications? But we can combine.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list as
