Pediatric Cardiac ICU Advanced Practice Provider
Job Summary
HCA HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children’s is seeking two Advanced Practice Providers to join their growing Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
Qualified Candidates
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current licensure and certification (BLS and PALS required; ACLS preferred)
- Clinical experience in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments of complex patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Manage medications and therapies
- Participate in daily rounds
- Respond to emergencies
- Provide procedural support as needed
- Facilitate communication with families
- Contribute to care coordination
- Ensure smooth transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings
Qualifications
Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
Excellent communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings
Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage

Active and expanding interventional cardiology and invasive electrophysiology (EP) programs
