Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Physician to join a dedicated team within a pediatric ICU at a leading children’s hospital. In this role, you will care for general PICU and cardiac patients in a 32-bed unithelp develop and expand a specialized pediatric cardiac ICU (PCICU)collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providersparticipate in teaching and mentoring within Virginia’s largest pediatric residency programcontribute to a regional congenital cardiac surgery program supporting approximately 100-200 cases annuallyshare a 1:9 call schedule covering both PICU and cardiac patients Qualifications include a strong communication skillset, collaborative approach, and a passion for pediatric cardiac care.
