About the role

Therapitas, a leading non-profit pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Work with your supervising SLP to implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve your patients' ability to effectively communicate.
• Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
