Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting speech and language assessments
- Provide therapy sessions under supervision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Document progress and report findings to supervising therapists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current certification as an SLPA from a recognized organization
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping children improve their communication skills
Skills
- Proficient in using speech therapy software
- Knowledge of pediatric anatomy and physiology
