Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and install commercial pedestrian doors
- Serve as the face to the customer, ensuring a positive interaction
- Aid in the quoting process by collecting accurate information regarding door and repair issues
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Aid other team technicians as needed
- Complete customer job tickets for accurate billing on an app on work iPad
- Keep work space clean, including the work van and shop area
- Handle emergencies as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of power and hand tools usage
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented
Qualifications
- Background in construction
- Experience with installation and repair of pedestrian doors and related door hardware (desired)

Pay
This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $50,000 for trainees to up to $65,000 for experienced technicians.
Schedule
The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
