Pearlridge Elementary: Grade 6 Literacy Transition Teacher, 67305 (2026-03355)

Minimum qualification for teacher, librarian, or counselor positions is a Bachelor’s degree. If hired without completing a Teacher’s Education Program, you have up to 3 years to obtain a valid Hawaii teaching license. You must enroll in an approved program and demonstrate active progress toward licensure each year. Upon hire, you must hold either a valid Hawaii teaching license or an Emergency Hire Permit.

Pay

New employees can expect their first paycheck within the first 3 pay periods. Paydays are on the 5th and 20th (or previous business day) of every month.
