About the role

Mission: IDEA Early Childhood Co-Teachers support Tier 1 instruction in grades Prekindergarten-Grade 2 and targeted intervention under the direction of the lead teacher. Co-Teachers actively facilitate small-group learning, provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports, and help cultivate joyful, engaging learning environments where all students can thrive. Through close collaboration with lead teachers, Co-Teachers help ensure every student receives the support needed to achieve mastery and develop a love of learning.
