PDSN Regional Business Specialist - Midwest

Role Summary This position is responsible for the in-field activation of programs and processes for their assigned region. This person will be responsible for the communication, execution and performance tracking of key PDSN initiatives to drive Pella’s go-to-market models. This person will have a high degree of involvement and communication across all functions and levels in the corporation as well as heavily integrated into sales leadership relationships. Monitors results of training to ensure learning effectiveness and tracks participation and behavior changes so that performance improvements are realized and maintained. Supports the PDSN Regional Business Manager by acting as a business consultant for the PDSN branches in their region.
