About the role

We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our dynamic team at Carvana. You’ll be responsible for repairing dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

Responsibilities

• Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller dents
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Be prepared to work in various weather conditions
• Use safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and protective garments

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age
• Fast-paced, adaptable to changing environments
• Exposure to various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Physical strength and endurance
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Attention to detail
