Mid-Level PDR Technician - $4,000 Bonus
About the role
We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our dynamic team at Carvana. You’ll be responsible for repairing dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Responsibilities
- Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller dents
- Work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers equipped with state-of-the-art tools
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Fast-paced, ever-changing production environment experience
- Exposure to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Qualifications
- Physical ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools
- English language proficiency required
