PDR - 2nd Shift - $4,000 Bonus
About the role
We’re looking for experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join our dynamic team at Carvana. You’ll be responsible for repairing dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Responsibilities
- Access panels and use glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents
- Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Be prepared to work in various weather conditions
- Use appropriate safety equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age
Qualifications
- Physical ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Fast-paced, adaptable to changing environments
- Exposure to various weather conditions
- Use of safety equipment as required
Skills
Proficiency in PDR techniques, physical strength, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential.
