About the role

Patient Care Tech position located in Elmhurst, IL, full‑time. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and following established procedures, the role involves performing patient care tasks and procedures to ensure patient care, comfort, and safety. Responsibilities

The Patient Care Tech, under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for the care, comfort and safety of patients.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training course OR minimum six months of previous patient care experience OR equivalent OR completion of one nursing clinical rotation.
• CPR BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Care Companion Course completed within 6 months of hire.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $18.84 – $27.32 (rate determined by expertise, years of experience, and other factors).

Schedule

Hours available from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday‑Friday (flex start times).
