About the role
Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist with non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands. Each care plan is tailored to meet individual client needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Help clients maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Transport clients to medical appointments and other necessary outings
- Monitor and report on client health and safety
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
