About the role

Our Personal Care Providers improve the lives of our clients by enabling them to stay in their homes. We service over 400 clients across New Hampshire ranging in age from 18 – 102 years old. We assist with daily non-medical personal care assistance including showering, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation for medical appointments and errands.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks
• Support clients with meal preparation and housekeeping
• Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
• Cater to each client's individual needs based on their care plan

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving clients
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
